HERE helps you discover venues, people and gatherings nearby. Explore a venue, choose whether to be visible, and decide when to connect.

Use the visibility controls in the Here tab to choose when you appear to others. Check your current status before leaving the app. You can browse without turning visibility on.

Check that location access and Precise Location are enabled for HERE in your phone settings. Open HERE at the venue and allow your location to refresh. If the venue is still incorrect, use Change venue when available. Nearby results do not automatically mean you are checked in.

Open a gathering invitation to view the available details and join through HERE. You may need to sign in. Check the time, venue and any cost notes before joining.

Open the person’s profile to use Block or Report. For a report, choose the reason, add relevant details and select Send report. You can manage hidden venues and muted alerts in Settings → Privacy and safety.

Open Settings → Notifications to manage HERE alerts in your phone settings. Check your phone’s notification permissions if alerts are not arriving.

In Settings, choose Download my data to save a copy of your account records. To remove your account, choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. If deletion asks you to retry, keep the app open and follow the instructions until deletion is confirmed.

Close and reopen HERE, check your internet connection and install the latest available app update. Note the steps that caused the issue, your phone model and the app version shown in Settings. If you use TestFlight, open TestFlight, select HERE and use Send Beta Feedback. Avoid including passwords or other people’s private information.
